These terms govern the use of Ultimaattum, a Discord bot and web dashboard for managing roles, channels and self-service role panels. By adding the bot to a Discord server or by signing in to its dashboard, you agree to them.
Ultimaattum lets authorised users manage a Discord server from a web dashboard: create and edit roles, assign roles to members, manage channels and their permissions, publish role panels that members can use to give themselves roles, and maintain a kick list of users who are removed automatically when they join.
The bot acts only on instructions given by people the server has authorised. It does not act on its own initiative beyond enforcing the kick list configured for that server.
You must meet Discord's own minimum age requirement and comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You need the necessary permissions on a Discord server to add the bot to it.
Every administrative action taken through the dashboard is recorded in an audit log visible to that server's authorised users, including the acting user's name. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed uptime. It may be interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time without notice, including for maintenance or because a dependency such as Discord or the hosting platform is unavailable.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including lost data, deleted roles or channels, or loss of access to a Discord server. Destructive operations such as deleting a role or a channel are irreversible in Discord; verify before you confirm them.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
The operator may remove the bot from a server or revoke dashboard access at any time, particularly where the service is being abused or used in breach of these terms.
These terms may be updated. Changes are published on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law rules.
